Depok, Indonesia – The ESA UIII Research Community proudly presents its 7th session, highlighting cutting-edge research by young scholars of Universitas Islam Internasional Indonesia (UIII). The event will take place on Thursday, June 26, 2025, from 1:00 to 3:00 PM at Lecture Hall, Faculty B. This event is open to the public, inviting students, academics, and professionals to join in meaningful discussions.
The session will feature three engaging presentations:
• Fuad Dhiya Ul Husaen – “From Donations to Disruption: Exploring Crowdfunding Research in Indonesia”
Examining how crowdfunding is transforming finance in Indonesia, from charity-based giving to disruptive financial innovation.
• Rime L. Douggouj – “Comparing Volatility Dynamics: Bitcoin, USD, and Indonesian Rupiah Before and During COVID-19”
Analyzing market volatility trends and their implications for investors and policymakers in the post-pandemic era.
• Sadia Abbassy – “The Role of Public Investment and Human Capital in Indonesia’s Economic Growth: ARDL/ECM Evidence (1985–2024)”
Presenting long-term econometric evidence on the impact of government investment and human capital development on Indonesia’s sustainable economic growth.
This session offers participants the opportunity to explore diverse perspectives in finance and economics, while strengthening academic exchange and fostering collaboration within the UIII community.
