To set out key terms of advancing educational quality in UIII, UIII sets out key terms with Deakin University, Australia, and Lancaster University, UK. While Deakin university is renowned as an open-minded university with the highest student satisfaction in Victoria, Lancaster university has been a five-star awarded university for its all-embracing performance in QS rating, particularly in the category of teaching, employability, internationalization, research, faculties, environmental impact, and subject ranking.
Other than defining the expectations of all parties, this letter of intent interpreted confidentiality and exclusivity to structure more systematic negotiations. Albeit not legally binding, John Molony, the Pro Vice-Chancellor and Vice President (International) of Deakin University, and Professor Simon Guys, the Pro-Vice-Chancellor Global of Lancaster University along with Professor Komaruddin Hidayat, the Rector of UIII were expecting a positive purchase agreement and perform due diligent over the signed LOI.
